It's Snowing in Sapporo!

Finally! Snow in Sapporo... Pic taken from live camera on Odori Park! If you compare with the post on 18th Nov, you can see the parts covered with snow very clearly!

White Illumination, Sapporo

The White Illumination has started at Odori Park, Sapporo! This picture shows the view of the White Illumination taken from the live camera located on the roof of a building at Odori West 4 chome. This event, which began in 1981, celebrates its 26th anniversary this year. From November 17th to February 12th, a lot of lightbulbs brightly decorate Odori Park and Eki-mae Street between 4 and 10 pm every day. In Feburary you can enjoy the large snow sculptures at the HBC square of Sapporo Snow Festival.

Snowed at Kamikochi today! Sapporo seems to have snow too!... Hmm... So early? Will it be a harsh winter this year?

Matsumoto Castle

Matsumoto Castle - the oldest castle in Japan, listed one of the 4 treasured castles. Took us about 3hrs to get there from Tokyo and we sat a taxi for the 1st time in Japan! Was admiring the streets of Matsumoto city as we drove to the castle... Clean, pretty... Seems like a very nice place to stay...

My Photobook

Started on a photobook for my japan trip... heehee~! Using the software from Pixart. Very easy to use, but a little restrictive on the photo layout. Wished there were more vertical photo slots available... Here's a peep at my 1st completed page... Nice? Heehee!

Takuya's New Movie!

"Bushi no Ichibun"! Starting Dec 1st! Cant wait to see Takuya in this movie. Its about a samurai who became blind and his struggle to reclaim his honour. Clip from youtube shows some scenes from the movie... Looks good!
